Automatic FM200 Extinguisher Filling Machine

The machine is specially designed for refilling new FM-200 (HFC-227ea) /NOVEC and Nitrogen into fire extinguisher.

The machine adopts compressed-air as power source, through the air-driven gas booster pump to fill FM-200 (HFC-227ea) /NOVEC / Nitrogen into fire extinguisher. 

When filling weight reaches your preset weight value, the machine will stop filling automatically, meanwhile, the machine will remind the operator with flashing alarm.

Operating Procedure

(1). Vacuum fire bottle: 

Extract residual reagent out of the fire bottle, vacuum the fire bottle to -0.07MPa.

(2). Fill new reagent into fire bottle: 

Preset a filling weight on electronic scale, then fill new reagent such as FM-200 (HFC-227ea), NOVEC. When the preset filling weight is reached, stop filling automatically, meanwhile, flash alarm activate.
