CO2/N2O Gas Cylinder Automatic Filling Machine

This machine is designed to refill high-pressure liquefied gases into gas cylinders. CO2 and N2O are high-pressure liquefied gases. For safety reasons, a certain space must be reserved in gas cylinders to permit gas-liquid phase transition, therefore, both CO2 and N2O must be filled according to the specified weight, it is strictly prohibited to fill them according to gas cylinder's nominal working pressure, and overcharging is prohibited too. 

For this reason, this machine is equipped with an automatic weighing unit and dual safety protection mechanism. The filling process is automatically controlled by PLC module to ensure the safety and accuracy of the filling job.

Beyond that, the machine has the functions of automatic clamping and release gas cylinders, automatic tare, automatic filling, and automatic stop at preset weight.

Operation Steps

1.Connect air-compressor and CO2/N2O mother tank to machine. 

2.Power on machine, tune the driving air regulator to around 0.6MPa.

3.Preset a gas filling weight on Touch screen. 

(This machine has automatic tare function)

4.Preset gas filling protective pressure on Digital pressure gauge

The pressure value must be lower than the Nominal working pressure of your CO2/N2O cylinder. If you don't know, please check with your cylinder supplier.

5.Place empty CO2/N2O cylinder on filling-station

Press Start button, the machine clamps the cylinder automatically, then begin filling gas.

6.When the preset filling weight is reached, the machine will stop filling automatically, and buzzer on, then the filled cylinder will be released automatically, gas filling job done.

Remark:

For 2 stations machine and 4 stations filling machine, each workstation has an independent control kit, which can proceed gas filling tasks at the same time.
