Working Principle
Put the cylinder into a water jacket and pressurize the cylinder by high pressure booster pump. After reaching the preset pressure, it will automatically enter the pressure-holding state, and carry out pressure testing on the cylinder. At the same time, the gas cylinder expands under the testing pressure, and squeezes a part of the water in the water jacket into the measuring cup. This part of the water volume is the volumetric deformation of the cylinder, which is transmitted to PLC control system through the water acquisition system. After the cylinder is depressurized, the elastic deformation disappears, so the water in the measuring cup returns to the water jacket, but the remaining water in the measuring cup is still more than that before the cylinder is pressurized. The extra water is the residual volume deformation of the cylinder, which is transmitted to PLC control system through the water acquisition system.The ratio of the volume residual deformation to the total deformation is the volume residual variability of the cylinder.
