Suncenter Launches Advanced N2O Booster System for Efficient Cylinder Filling
2025-03-18
Suncenter Group Co., Ltd., a pioneer in fluid pressure technology, has introduced its innovative Nitrous Oxide (N2O) Booster System, engineered to optimize the safe and reliable filling of N2O cylinders. The system utilizes a "series configuration" of two high-performance pumps—DGA02 (pre-booster) and DGD10 (main booster)—to amplify gas pressure from an ultra-low inlet of "0.1 bar" to a maximum output of "80 bar", addressing critical demands across multiple industries.
Key Features of the N2O Booster System
- Two-Stage Series Design:
- DGA02 Pre-Booster: Raises inlet pressure from "0.1 bar" to "16 bar" (2:1 boost ratio), ensuring the gas meets the minimum input requirement for the DGD10 pump.
- DGD10 Main Booster: Further amplifies pressure from "16 bar" to "80 bar" (10:1 boost ratio), delivering industry-leading output for high-pressure applications.
- Ultra-Low Pressure Handling: Uniquely capable of starting at "0.1 bar", overcoming challenges in low-pressure gas recovery or storage scenarios.
- Air-Driven Safety: Operates on 3–8 bar compressed air, eliminating electrical components and spark risks for N2O and other sensitive gases.
- Automated Precision: Built-in cooling and pressure-lock systems maintain stability, automatically halting at preset pressures and resuming to compensate for drops.
- Multi-Gas Adaptability: While optimized for N2O, the system supports Ar, He, CO2, and more, ensuring versatility.
Industry Applications
Suncenter’s series system excels in sectors requiring precise, high-pressure gas delivery:
- Medical & Dental: Safe filling of N2O cylinders for anesthesia and pain management.
- Food & Beverage: Efficient charging of nitrous oxide for whipped cream and beverage dispensers.
- Automotive Racing: Supporting nitrous oxide injection systems (NOS) with reliable high-pressure output.
- Industrial Manufacturing: Enabling controlled gas delivery for laser cutting, chemical synthesis, and leak testing.
Technical Workflow
1. Stage 1 (DGA02):
- "Input": 0.1 bar N2O
- "Output": 16 bar (pre-boosted)
- Ensures gas meets the "3.5 bar minimum input" threshold for DGD10.
2. Stage 2 (DGD10):
- "Input": 16 bar (from DGA02)
- "Output": 80 bar (final pressure)
