Automatic Hydrogen Filling Machine

The machine is designed to pressurize and fill hydrogen gas. It is powered by 3-8 bar compressed air or nitrogen, no electric spark risk, explosion proof, applicable to various flammable & explosive gases such as CNG, Methane, Oxygen. The maximum filling pressure is 1600bar.

Main Component

Operation Steps

(1). Turn off “Unloading valve”, turn on “Gas inlet switch”, Rotate “Driven air regulator ” button to right until maximum

(2). Turn on “Power switch” to activate the Touch display

(3).Set the pressure value you want in the Touch display

(4). Click “Start button” in Touch screen, the machine starts running and gas filling.

(5). When the downstream gas cylinder is filled to the preset pressure value, buzzer on, and the machine pause filling gas.

(6). Remove the full gas cylinder, and start gas filling for next gas cylinder.
